Refund Policy
Overview
The products and services we sell (which don’t fall under our media production services), are delivered through a variety of service providers and through a number of different delivery channels. Because of this, we’ve divided our refund policy into different sections relating to different products or types of transaction.
Udemy Refund Policy
All eligible courses produced by Mediapack or any of its brands which are purchased on Udemy can be refunded within 30 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in Udemy’s refund policy.
Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for refunds in the form of credits. For more information regarding Udemy's refund policy, please their full refund policy on their website.
Digital Download Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind, so it is very important that you read the product page, title and description carefully and thoroughly.
Because the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:
You purchased two of the same product accidentally
There is a technical problem with the product. In this instance please contact us with specific information about the technical issue, so that we can understand how to resolve it and if we are unable to resolve the problem or provide a replacement, we will provide a refund. Please note, we will only make a refund if we are unable to provide a satisfactory replacement.
The product was misrepresented in the description. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an item.
We’re unable to provide refunds in the following situations:
You no longer need the purchased product.
You found another product that you prefer.
You’ve changed your mind about your purchase.
You don’t have sufficient expertise (where applicable) to use or understand the product.
Your computer does not have sufficiently current software to open, read or play the product. All our products are usable with standard readers or players found on both PC and Mac devises. However, if your system is old and doesn't have supported versions of this standard software, you may have an issue playing, reading or opening some files. We cannot offer a refund in this instance.
You bought an item by accident, and our system shows that the product was downloaded.
You feel that the item is of low quality.
You are unable to download the product because of any issues related to your internet or mobile service provision, including download speeds or other internet performance criteria..
You unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for existence of any technical issue.
Your product purchase was made over 30 days ago.
All refunds are at the sole discretion of Mediapack Ltd.
Subscription Refund Policy
Due to the nature of subscription offerings, we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind, so it is very important that you read the product page, title and description carefully and thoroughly, regardless of whether you take out a monthly or annual subscription.
Because the content of a subscription offering is predominantly digital or includes an 'in person' element, it cannot be returned unused or 'unconsumed', so your purchase will only be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
You purchased two of the same subscription products accidentally and you immediately request a refund for this specific reason.
There is a technical problem with the provision. In this instance please contact us with specific information about the issue, so that we can understand how to resolve it and if we are unable to resolve the problem or provide a satisfactory replacement or alternative, we will provide a proportionate refund for the element affected. Please note, we will only make a refund if we are unable to provide a satisfactory replacement or provide a suitable alternative solution.
The product was misrepresented in the description. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an item or the content of an educational interaction.
For any other circumstance, the information or physical documents received as a part of the subscription are considered to have been consumed upon receipt and so the value offered at point of sale has been fulfilled and a refund cannot be made. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription you are free to cancel it at any time.
